How should the VA Choice program proceed?
Choices
Let it expire because it’s not working as expected.
More effort should be given to fully funding VA health care than to outsourcing it.
Choice should be continued until a long-term plan to balance VA and community care is developed.
Choice should be expanded so veterans can choose community providers no matter where they live.
