What is your opinion of VA’s budget request of $800 million for the medical records integration?

It seems excessive; while VA must modernize medical records, there are more cost-effective ways.
It’s high time that VA fixed this problem, and it does require such funding to be done correctly.
This is an unnecessary use of taxpayer dollars to fix something that is not broken.
