51st SAL National Convention this week in Charlotte

The 51st National Convention of the Sons of The American Legion will take place Aug. 25-27 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, N.C. The event will include committee meetings, award presentations, guest speakers and election of a new SAL national commander.

Committee meetings will take place Friday morning, with the opening general session scheduled for 1 p.m. in Hall C2, Exhibit Hall. For a full schedule, click here. Schedule is subject to change.

The three general sessions will be streamed on the SAL Facebook page. General sessions are scheduled for 1 p.m. Aug. 25; 9 a.m. Aug. 26; and 8 a.m. Aug. 27.
