Vietnam - Grenada - Panama – Persian Gulf - Operation Enduring Freedom Charleston, Mississippi This plaque is to commemorate the service of citizens of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, in Military units of the United States of America who served in Vietnam, Grenada, Panama, Persian Gulf, and Operations Enduring Freedom. The plaque also names all those from Tallahatchie County that made the supreme sacrifice in the service of our county in these conflicts. Multi-war Memorial. A metal plaque affixed to a large cement marker, and located at the south west corner of the courthouse in the square at Charleston, Mississippi. Date erected is unknown, donor is unknown.
