So long, Mr. Seavey

The second season of the Tango Alpha Lima podcast ends on a bittersweet note, as it’s the final episode with National Judge Advocate Mark Seavey as co-host.

“It’s not that I don’t want to do the podcast,” Seavey tells co-hosts Jeff Daly and Ashley Gorbulja-Maldonado on this week’s episode. But his duties as National Judge Advocate, not to mention finding time with his wife and their three young children, meant it was time to hang up the mic, so to speak.

“I will miss you guys,” Seavey told his co-hosts, adding, “I’m sure you guys will do fine without me.”

In addition to heartfelt goodbyes from his co-hosts, Seavey heard from some special guests on his final episode. Check out the episode on YouTube or listen here.

Also on this week’s episode, the hosts addressed a variety of topics, including:

·       The Congressional probe into the National Guard’s response to the Jan. 6 insurrection;

·       A daring effort by a Coast Guard rescue swimmer to retrieve a woman from the waters at Niagara Falls;

·       Alwyn Cashe’s long overdue posthumous Medal of Honor recognition;

·       Plus much more.
