• Access to the World Series on Facebook and Twitter

• Travel resources; airfare, hotel, dining, area attractions and maps

Regional play begins Aug. 7 at eight regional sites, with 64 teams competing in double-elimination play. The eight regional winners will advance to the 97th American Legion World Series, Aug. 15-20 at Veterans Field at Keeter Stadium in Shelby, N.C., the permanent home of the ALWS.
