On Saturday, Aug. 19, the American Legion Post 79 Color Guard led the Grand Parade in Snoqualmie, Wash., with the Snoqualmie Valley Veterans Honor Guard with the colors. Throughout the day members and officers manned the post booth that met and provided information on The American Legion and Auxiliary to many veterans and gained a few new members. The parade was viewed by thousands of local residents and out-of-town visitors.
