Veterans Memorial Park

Veterans Memorial Park

This park was originally created by Ashland Downtown Inc. for the community after a fire, in 2008, destroyed the restraint that was there and the Legion building. The Legion was rebuilt and ADI installed the Townclock on the part of the property that they owned. A "Walk of Honor" was established to help fund the rebuilding of the Legion Post Home. When the American Legion Post 434 assumed ownership of the park it was renamed and dedicated to "All Those Who Served Our Country".
