The Country of France dedicated this WWI memorial to the 370th Infantry of the 93rd Division who died in France. Mostly African American soldiers it was designated to the 8th infantry of the Illinois Army National Guard. Statue Name is St. Mihiel Argonne Forest Mont DE Singer Oise-Ainse Offensive.
