Crafton Memorial

Crafton Memorial

The Crafton Memorial was included with the original plans for the Crafton Borough Building, which was completed in 1939. The memorial, honoring all men and women of Crafton who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, was not placed at that time but at a later date. The original memorial was enhanced in 2005 with a plaque that honors Crafton residents who died while in service to our country - "some gave all." The effort to ensure honor of such sacrifice since the founding of our nation has continued, so that additional names continued to be added leading to the addition of a second plaque.
