Geneva Veteran War Memorial

Geneva Veteran War Memorial

This is a very unique memorial. It is dedicated to all soldiers and sailors of Kane County, Illinois who served during times of peril. Around the base, but difficult to read, are the names of veterans who served from Kane county. There are also two guns which were used on ships in World War I. There is also a plaque showing where John Kennedy spoke on October 25th 1960, shortly before he was elected President.
