Foxtown Memorial

Small brick monument with folk art depiction of Betsy Ross with George Washington dedicated to those of Foxtown in Hunker, Pennsylvania who served in time of war. According to local legend, it was built by a coal mine owner named " Fox", a veteran of the Spanish American War. Foxtown was named for him. It was probably constructed in the 1920s.
