American Legion Post Officer Portal (ALPOP)

ALPOP is a secure internet site designed to assist post officers in their day-to-day membership processing duties.  In addition to the on-line features, AIM software can be downloaded to help manage membership information on a computer at the post or at home.

Features

  • On-line access to the membership system at national headquarters (post and squadron).
  • On-line Member Data Form changes (except transfers).
  • Submit Consolidated Post Report on-line to national and department headquarters.
  • Current membership listings for Expired, Undeliverable and Current members.
  • AIM! Information Management Software.
  • Download database files for AIM!

Please note that the payment process for individual membership dues does not change.  Your post must continue to transmit membership cards and dues payments to your department headquarters.

 

Information Management Software (AIM)

A window-based computer program designed to assist posts with managing their membership.  Use AIM to create letters, mailing labels, reports, and more.  Over 75% of posts using AIM have experienced an increase in membership.

Cost
$15 per month billed quarterly. This fee includes AIM and ALPOP. A free 30-day trial is available.
