Army artillary gun flanked by a concrete monument with 4 granite slabs containing the names of the KIA from the town of Blaine, Washington in WW1, WW2, Korea and Vietnam. Two flag poles on either side. On the brick building wall behind the gun is a WW1 Bronze plaque containing all the names of the Blaine town folks that served during the WW1 conflict. There is a bench and brick surface sitting area in front if the memorial. The cannon was provided by the Washington State National Guard in 1968; the memorial was dedicated that year.
