Dedicated by the community of White, South Dakota in conjunction with Higgins-Jessen Post #88 of The American Legion, this memorial seeks to remember those community members who over the years have sacrificed their time, and sometimes their lives, to serve the nation and make our community, state, and nation a better place for all to live.
