Small brick plaza with two benches, flagpole and a fieldstone base topped by a black granite stone cut to the shape of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It is dedicated to all who served, regardless of the era, and whether it was a time of war or of peace. It was built as part of the 100th nniversary of the founding of Star Junction, Pennsylvania.
