An honor roll type monument consisting of a wide fieldstone wall with three bronze plates attached. Originally a World War I monument, the names of World War II veterans were added in 1953. Names from the Korean and Vietnam Wars were added in 1987. The memorial honors the service of the men and women from Finley and North Fayette Townships, Pennsylvania in those conflicts.
