The Cowansburg Veteran's Memorial is located on private property in Irwin, Pennsylvania in a place called Cowansburg, which is an unincorporated village in Sequickley Township, Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The memorial used to contain the honor roll, lights, and steps but they are all gone now. All that is left is a US artillery piece built in 1942 by Vilter Manufacturing Company.
