On the west lawn of Grove's City Hall, this granite monument and brick walkway exists to honor all veterans who served in the United States Armed Forces. The granite monument is surrounded by dedicated bricks. Inscribed on granite monument: DEDICATED TO ALL VETERANS WHO SERVED IN THE UNITED STATES ARMED FORCES WITH DEVOTION, LOYALTY, HONOR AND THEIR DETERMINATION TO PRESERVE FREEDOM "FREEDOM IS NOT FREE"
