The Washington County Veterans Memorial is made of granite that has been cut into shape of Washington County. It is a tablestone on a single base, eight-foot tall in total by five-feet wide. On the top right appears an incised Washington County seal. Cut into the base are the coat of arms for each military service, from left to right appear the Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force and Coast Guard.
