This monument, shaped to look like Martin County, honors veterans of all wars by depicting war and combat scenes on the face of the monument. There are faces of anonymous soldiers and various combat scenes pictured. In order to honor all branches of the military, the monument features battleships, helicopters, planes and armed soldiers patrolling the ground.
