The memorial was dedicated on May 4, 2013 and is located at 921 Buffalo Rd, Garner, North Carolina 27529. Men and woman who died in uniform serving their country and lived in the following areas will be honored by having their names on the Garner Veteran’s Memorial: Town of Garner, St. Mary’s Township, Panther Branch Township, eastern part of Swift Creek Township and southern part of Raleigh. Other requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
