This memorial, which stands in front of the Saunders County courthouse, provides a peaceful and dignified place to honor veterans. The memorial includes tributes to all branches of service, an Honor Roll of the Fallen, a listing of the conflicts in which the veterans served, and recognition of veterans groups of Saunders County, Nebraska. Walking around the Memorial, visitors will see full-sized statues, representing the service branches, granite memorials, memorial benches and services flags.
