The memorial showcases a circular shape around walls of engraved pavers that honor or memorialize veterans. These are purchased by families or loved ones of the veterans. At the back of the park is a fence that has eternal flames. There are also eternal flame posts on the sidewalks leading up to the center where the pavers are. Located on one of the sidewalks it states, "Wars come and go, soldiers are eternal." Twenty-one American flags surround the south side of the central area. Each year on Memorial Day, white crosses and flags are placed for each deceased area veteran. The names of all deceased veterans are read yearly. Mature trees and evergreens make the park a beautiful place to sit on one of the benches.
