I am a Chief Petty Officer
I am the pinnacle warrior of the sea
I am in the right hand of Neptune
I am his trident
Upon my three points are crowned Honor, Courage and Commitment

I make strong, the weak
I make full, the hungry
I give comfort to the stricken
I give guidance to the pupil
I give knowledge to those who seek it

I cultivate the best in all I command
I am firm, yet fair
My resolve is greater than my anger
My strike is felt through the ages
I am the lead, the charge, the Chief

My rank is my promise
My promise is my brand
These be not lifelong, but eternal
A gold fouled anchor without end
And I shall do these things with

Compassion
Hospitality
Integrity
Empathy
Forever
