As I leave America, the land I love so much, to go across the sea to toil on foreign soil. I go to fight aggression and terrorism for peace. If I am fortunate enough to somehow return to America, I hope to see again old glory waiving in the gentle breeze. If God chooses me not to return home to America then I hope to someday meet you at heaven's gates. God Bless America

As I leave America, the land I love so much,

If I am fortunate enough to somehow return to America,
I hope to see again old glory waiving in the gentle breeze.

If God chooses me not to return home to America
then I hope to someday meet you at heaven's gates.

God Bless America
