District revitalization scheduled for Jan. 17-18 at Councilwoman Rita Church Center.
The American Legion Department of Maryland is staging a veterans outreach and district revitalization effort Jan.17-18 in Baltimore, Md. Veterans in and around Baltimore are invited to discuss veterans’ benefits, and learn about the Legion’s legislative efforts, membership opportunities and service to the community.
The effort will take place from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. both days at the Councilwoman Rita Church Center, 2101 Saint Lo Drive, Baltimore. A department and region veteran service officer will be available to assist area veterans with claims or other veteran benefit-related questions both days.
