American Legion Post 99 in Foley conducting claims assistance revitalization effort Jan. 11.
The American Legion Department of Alabama is staging a veterans outreach and post revitalization effort Jan. 11 in Foley, Ala. Veterans in and around Mobile County are invited to discuss veterans’ benefits, and learn about the Legion’s legislative efforts, membership opportunities and service to the community.
The effort will take place from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. at American Legion Post 99, 2101 S McKenzie St., Foley. An accredited American Legion service officer will be available to assist veterans and their families with VA claims, including PACT Act claims, at no cost and answer other questions related to benefits.
