American Legion Post 15 in Elkton taking part in revitalization efforts Nov. 4-5.
Department of Maryland Legionnaires are staging a revitalization and veteran outreach effort from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 4-5 in the Eastern Shore area. The effort will take place at American Legion Post 15, 129 West Main St., Elkton
Veterans in the area are invited to learn about American Legion programs, the Legion’s lobbying efforts and potential veterans benefits. A veterans service officer will be available both days to assist with Department of Veterans Affairs-related issues and other veterans benefits-related questions, including PACT Act assistance. A VA Vet Center also will be on site on Nov. 4 to assist veterans.
