Revitalization efforts taking place Jan. 11 at American Legion Post 69 in Arlington and Post 50 in Castleton.
Department of Vermont Legionnaires are conducting a district revitalization and veterans outreach effort Jan. 11 in and around Bennington and Rutland counties. Legionnaires will be on hand to discuss veterans benefits, the Legion’s legislative efforts, membership opportunities and service to the community.
The effort will take place from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at both American Legion Post 69, 54 Legion Road, Arlington; and at Crippen-Fellows Post 50, 378 Route 4A, Castleton.
A veterans service officer will be available at both locations to discuss claims and other Department of Veterans Affairs benefits-related questions.
