Post 94 in Olympia and Post 15 in Kent will serve as host sites for district revitalizations.
American Legion national staff and Department of Washington Legionnaires are teaming up for a veterans outreach and district revitalization efforts March 23-25 in Olympia and Kent. Veterans and their families are encouraged to attend to get assistance and learn about American Legion programs.
- Olympia: The effort will take place noon-6 p.m. March 23, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. March 24, and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. March 25 at R. V. Van Schoick Lacey American Legion Post 94, 2602 Marvin Road SE, Olympia. A veterans service officer will be available all three days to assist with Department of Veterans Affairs-related issues and other veterans benefits questions.
- Kent: The effort will take place from noon-6 p.m. March 23, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. March 24 and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. March 25 at American Legion Post 15, 25405 97th Place South, Kent. A veterans service officer will be available all three days to assist with Department of Veterans Affairs-related issues and other veterans benefits questions.
