95% CUTOFF ON WEDENSDAY
95% cutoff is Wednesday. If you express mail on Monday it should be into National by Wednesday. FODPAL has four Departments that are very close to the 95% mark. Let's push just a little harder to get every last member in.
The 100% cutoff will be on V-E Day, May 8.
