Entrepreneur mentoring fair set for Sept. 22

Legion working with Inc. magazine, Joining Force to bring 50 prominent CEOs to Washington, D.C., to serve as mentors to veterans, servicemembers and their families.

The American Legion and other organizations are teaming up with Inc. magazine and Joining Forces to conduct an entrepreneur mentoring fair for veterans, servicemembers and their families. The Inc./Joining Forces Military Entrepreneurs Program will take place Sept. 22 in Washington, D.C.

Joining Forces is a national initiative led by First Lady Michelle Obama and Dr. Jill Biden to support the military community. The Inc./Joining Forces Military Entrepreneurs Program will help veterans, service members and their families start, run and grow their own business.

More than 50 prominent CEOs will participate as mentors for the day, providing insights and experience to participants about creating and running a successful business. In a speed-mentoring program, participants will meet one-on-one with two different CEOS to get their questions answered about growing their existing business or just getting started.
