The final pool play game of the 2021 American Legion World Series was suspended due to rain Sunday night and is scheduled to resume at 10 a.m. EDT on Monday.
Beverly, Mass., was at bat in the bottom of the first inning when play was suspended. Beverly had a 2-1 lead on Idaho Falls, Idaho, with two outs and a runner on third base, when play was suspended.
