Clarence Hill, a retired Navy captain, was elected The American Legion’s new national commander Aug. 27 at the organization’s 91st National Convention in Louisville, Ky.
In his acceptance speech at the Louisville convention, newly elected Legion commander Clarence Hill advocated the use of more computer technology and social networking to reach veterans of all ages, from all wars.
