Five concert bands to compete, be streamed live.
The Saturday of the 103rd National Convention will feature:
- more commission and committee meetings;
- the Band Contest at 1 p.m. Milwaukee time in the Wisconsin Center, streamed live on Facebook and via legion.org;
- and the Sons of The American Legion 50th Convention Commemoration Banquet.
